१. संकुचन से पैदा हुआ ‘अनंत खालीपन’:
ऊर्जा जब अपने ‘ठहराव’ वाले बिंदु पर संकुचित होती है, तो वह अनंत में एक ‘खिंचाव’ या खाली जगह (Space) पैदा करती है। प्रकृति का नियम है कि वह शून्य को बर्दाश्त नहीं करती। उस खाली स्थान को भरने के लिए ऊर्जा का जो तीव्र प्रवाह शुरू होता है, वही ‘डार्क ऊर्जा’ है। यह कोई अलग तत्व नहीं, बल्कि ऊर्जा का ‘विश्राम’ की ओर बढ़ने का विस्तार (Expansion) है।
२. डार्क मैटर: ऊर्जा का गाढ़ापन (Consolidation):
जब वह प्रवाहित ऊर्जा उस खाली स्थान में पहुँचकर ‘स्थिर’ होने लगती है और एक आधार (Foundation) बनाती है, तो वह ‘डार्क मैटर’ का रूप लेती है। यह ऊर्जा की वह ‘प्रक्रिया’ है जो क्वार्क और न्यूट्रिनो जैसे सूक्ष्म कणों को ‘पकड़’ (Grip) और ‘शक्ति’ प्रदान करती है।
३. शुद्ध ऊर्जा के विभिन्न रूप:
जिसे विज्ञान ‘डार्क ऊर्जा’ और ‘डार्क मैटर’ जैसे रहस्यमयी नाम देता है, वे वास्तव में निरपेक्ष ऊर्जा की ही विभिन्न सक्रिय अवस्थाएँ हैं।

इन दोनों अवस्थाओं के बीच के ‘तनाव’ से ही वह ‘अदृश्य सूत्र’ निर्मित होता है, जो आगे चलकर ‘क्वार्क’ और ‘पदार्थ’ (Matter) के रूप में स्वयं को दृश्य जगत में प्रकट करता है।
